To file a TDR via IRCTC app,
Step 1: Login on the IRCTC App
- First, open the IRCTC app.
- Next, log in to the app using your username and password (or PIN).
- Next, tap on the ‘Train’ option.
- A new screen will open.
Step 2: Open the ‘File TDR’ page
- Next, tap on the ‘File TDR’ option.
- A new screen will appear showing the booked ticket and the PNR.
- Next, tap on the ticket for which the TDR is to be filed.
- Next, select the person or people for whom you want to file the TDR.
- Next, tap on the ‘File TDR’ button.

Step 3: File TDR
- A list of TDR Reasons will appear on the screen.
- Next, select the ‘Select TDR Reason’ from the given options.
- Next, tap on the ‘File TDR’ button.
- The message of TDR filed successfully will appear on the screen. The TDR No. will also be displayed.
The TDR will be filed successfully through the IRCTC App.
By following these steps, you can easily file a TDR for your ticket via the IRCTC app.
You can also download your ticket or check your canceled ticket refund status through the same app.
